I know I am preaching to the choir, but I would like to praise Apple for their excellent service. My iPod recently became unusable (i think the hold button was not disengaging) I simply filled out a request for service on the apple website. The next day a box arrived at my house complete with return label and tape to seal the box. About a week after sending my iPod to Apple I received a brand new iPod with no questions asked, I didn't even have to talk to a customer service rep. Thank you apple for your excellence in customer service and keep up the good work.

Apple products may cost a little more but they are worth every penny.
I am now going to tell the computer what he can do with a life-times supply of chocolate.
