I have an ipod that will let me transfer the music to it but will not show any of it at all Any ideas?

Please clarify. You can't see the files on your desktop (that's normal - all the music files are invisible) or you can't play any music on your iPod (that's bad)?

take it into the apple store if you have one near by and its still under warranty. Almost the same thing happened to mine and they just gave me a new one on the spot. I would also try reseting it by holding down play and menu at the same time for like 10 sec til it reboots and ends up on the choose language screen.
