I just bought a monitor on eBay. The monitor is a 17in ADC CRT (the clear one).

Well, I haven't been able to test it out because the powermac I also bought doesn't get here for another day or two. Instead, I gave it a fairly basic physical inspection to make sure everything seemed to be in good order. However, I noticed that the power button is quite "sticky". Jokes aside, I think it's simply from overuse by a person with a strong finger.

What I'm asking is: are there any techniques to alleviating the problem so it doesn't stick. Or, does anyone have any links to how to disassemble the monitor safely? All I think that needs to be done is that the bezel has to come off.

Thanks.
