I video chat with my parents every weekend. We both have iSights and iChat AV. They have the pay version for Jaguar, and I have it for Panther.

Trouble is, when we've been chatting lately I haven't been getting any audio signal from them. They took the camera in to the Apple store and they didn't find any problems with it.

Anyone had this problem? Any fixes?
