well I bought a ms bluetooth mouse for my 12" pb. It works decently. All of the buttons are recognized by expose...one thing I was hoping for. I opened up photoshop and did a few swirlies with as smooth a circular stroke as I could. it was very choppy and in some areas where it should have been smooth and curvy it was flat, leading up to a sharp crease, then flat, then another crease.
The movement seems slightly erratic. Im also dissapointed by the size of the thing. having a pb this tiny and awesome and a mouse this bulky and HUGE is totally off to me. The mouse should match the laptop in portability. it defeats the whole purpose to carry around a whole extra bag for the ginormous mouse.
I really wish that apple would just make a more versatile mouse. I mean...you dont need a RIGHT CLICK!!! there are so many other ways to do it!!! how about a front and back click, or like 8 buttons that you can program yourself? this way they can say "we dont make a 2 button mouse...we make an 8 button mouse and whatever our users do with them is their business." (and dont put two buttons side by side on the tip like windows.)
.....In vain I know....

I don't know about the responsiveness, but I DO know that the shape is designed for what is best for your hand ... hence the really high arch. Further more, it was not designed to be a portable mouse. Finally, you knew it was "huge" before you bought it.
