To work with my new G5 that should be delivered anytime soon, I want to buy a new monitor. I'm tired of using ny 17" Samsung that won't give me reasonable refresh rates above 1024*768.

I've noticed that CRTs are significantly cheaper for the size. I know that I can get a 22" display for under 1000.

So my questions are:

-Is buying an LCD realy worth it for a serious graphic designer?
-What CRT could you recommend?
