Hi,

I seem to have a whole row of dead pixels on my 20G Rev 2 iPod. They show up as a blank (light) line on the screen, cutting through the text or displays. When the backlight is on, they show up as a black line.

Anybody seen this? Is it worth getting this fixed? I'm out of warranty, alas.

That's disappointing. I've got a 2nd gen 5 gb iPod with a few problems. Where was AppleCare when we bought them.

It may not be worth an Apple fix, check this out:

I'm interested to know what Apple tells you.
