I'm about to get my Palm Tungsten T3. T3 can take either MMC or SD card for memory expansion. Now, should I buy a MMC or SD memory for my T3?

I don't have any other peripherals which uses either format (my cameras are using SmartMedia or Compact Flash ), and I am intended to buy an universal X-in-1 USB flash card reader soon, so compatibility issue is definitely out of the windows one way or the other

Are there any speed, price or reliability issues which one format is better than the other?

Their interchangeable. SD has a little switch to lock and have capability for DRM that never happened. SD is generally faster, cheaper, more widely available and has much larger sizes offered. MMC is a dying format.
