THis is geting really pathetic but this is the third time i've done this in the past 3 years. They dont even make my black key apple pro keyboard anymore. I splashed water on it and within a few hours the bottom 2 rows of keys were dead and have been dead since. I dried it all out and its been a few days. im guessin its gone for good so i just ordered a used one on amazon.

not necessarily, I guess it depends on how much water. What I did once was to let it dry upside down for at least 24 hrs. After that it was ok, except for one key that was a bit slow.

good luck,
gio
