G4 Proc Upgrade: What's the $60 diff?

Hey there,
The specs look the same (to an eye that doesn't really know hardware through and through):

OWC Mercury G4/500 ZIF W/ 1024k Backside Cache @ 2:1 at $259.99

Sonnet Encore G4 ZIF 500MHz 9x w/1024k 2:1 Cache at $199.95

The Sonnet has an extra year's warranty (3 years vs. OWC's 2) and doesn't appear to need software to run. Is there anything that's better about the OWC that I can't understand; for the price?

I have a B&W G3/400, Rev.2 and a B&W G3/350, Rev.2 I'm thinking about updating. Thanks,

I don't think there is any difference. It's just the companies' different pricing.
