Is there any possibility to get an ancient Personal Laserwriter 320 to work with Mac OS X? Is it only a bridge that I will need (e.g. AppleTalk/Ethernet or AppleTalk/USB or something)?

It should work fine so long as you have an ethernet/appletalk bridge. A couple members of my user group have done that, although as we've pointed out, it's probably cheaper to buy a cheap new printer (inkjet or laser) than it is to get the ethertalk bridge.
