Something strange just happened with my Canon Lide 30. I wanted to scan to jpeg. The saved file shows up as a blanked document but with a jpeg name. It doesn't open, and get info shows it as a document.
I tried Vuescan and the scanner works fine.
I uninstalled the old canon software and reinstalled scangear and toolbox.
It didn't help .... has anyone experienced this type of problem?
