what a dillema! my company gave me a 10gb ipod for christmas (talk about a super cool gift). i already have a 30gb, and would love to get the 40gb and give my wife my 30gb. well i lagged on getting to the apple store to return it and it seems that they yanked the 10gb model (not sure if that was before or after the holiday, but regardless).

anyone think that the apple store will let me upgrade and pay for the 40gb if i return my 10gb still wrapped up in the box? i hope so...

ive been round a few shops today hoping to score a 10gig a bit cheaper
no luck
nowhere seems to have any

looks like apple have run them out over christmas and wont have much excess stock to shift before the 15 comes out

which is annoying because a 10 would be perfect for me
