Got this e-mail from Amazon.com.

Anyone else have similar orders delayed or is it just an Amazon issue? I'd cancel & order from somewhere else, or go to an Apple Store, but I have an Amazon gift certificate. Guess I'll wait. A few weeks isn't a big deal.

Yeah, thats why Amazon is profitable now. Takes them forever to ship anything. I'm shocked if I can get anything I order from them in under a month.

I must've slept through that biz class. How does delayed/slow shipping increase their profits? It being "only" an Airport card, it's more of an inconvenience than a deal-breaker. If, for some unknown reason, I ordered a system or a laptop through them, I'd be pissed. As it stands, my son's being born on Wednesday, so this delay hardly registers on the annoyance scale. It's still gonna be a great week!
