So today I was leaving class and I pulled out my ipod, which is first generation, 5 gig w/ turn wheel, and a classmate stopped me and was like "whoa, what is that?" which was a little strange since I saw him with an ipod a few days earlier. Before I had a chance to say anything he started in....
"That looks almost exactly like an ipod, but what company would have the nerve to make such a close copy, I mean it's white and has a scroll wheel and everything."
I was a little dumbfounded. "Er... It's made by Apple, it _is_ an ipod. I've had it for over two years. It was this model that started it all."
All he could say was "Oh."
