If I get an iPod how do I play it through my mac at work? My work iMac does not have firewire but it is running OS X Is there a way to run it through the line in? Thanks

i imagine that running a cable directly to line in would work. if that failed, a $30 griffin iMic would surely do the trick.

A male to male 1/8 from your ipod to your mac will do the job.

To play through the speakers you can employ either of these two applications which are simple to use.

Linein 1.2
AudioIn 1.0.3
