Just a simple question:

If I plug the Iomega Zip drive (USB) in my powerbook, will Panther automatically recognize it or will I have to install the Iomega Tools and drivers for it to be recognized?

Thanks.

Just plug it in, no installation required.

The only reason to install the Iomega tools is to allow you to format disks from PC->Mac or Mac->PC. (Disk Utility makes it kind of hard to do.)
