i just bought an icurve also, and is it supposed be slightly uneven, cuz mine is and i don't know if this should warrant a replacemnt. i solved this temporaryly by putting a mousepad under the lower legs side of the semicircle. i'm so stressed out

Just got mine an hour ago, doesn't seem uneven to me. Maybe try one of the pads?

Use the given pads to even it out? There shouldn't be any pads on the base right now unless you put it on yourself.

I think mine is sort of too, but I have no clue how to proceed with getting it changed. Keep me posted on what you did to fix this ordeal, Thanks.

Well mine seems to lean forward (the legs near the back of the 'book aren't touching the ground). I was a little concerned at first that it might not be balancing properly, but shifting the 'book up on the stand didn't help, so I guess that's just the way it is. It's really solid and in no way prone to tipping over, so I'm just going to leave it.

ok here's what happened, my brother also bought an iCurve for his Powerbook, but his was fine, no unevenness, so I contacted Amazon. They already sent a replacement iCurve and all I have to do is send my defective one back in 30 days. They are paying for the shipping costs and are even picking it up from my house. I am impressed by their customer support.
