How long do these little suckers last? I still have the original batteries it came with, using it daily with my ibook g4, going strong since Dec 4!!!

Thats pretty good. What brand do you use? I've been using duracells and have had to change them 3 times since I got my mouse and keyboard in October... but I've never changed the keyboard's.

I believe Apple is using the Engergizer Titanium Batteries for their Mouse.

Actually, they are Energizer Lithium Batteries. There's definitely a difference. The main thing has to be the weight. The Lithiums advertise as being one of the lightest on the market. I picked up a 4 pack of Lithiums and Titaniums and the Lithiums were definitely lightter.

The mouse is just about the weight of a regular pro mouse. Adding batteries just makes it heavier. So Apple was smart to put the lightest batteries possible.

And mine lasted 3 months and a week. Amazing.
