Has anybody else heard about this phone?

This has got to be the ultimate cell phone.

Opens in two directions: Flip or Clamshell
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IrDA
PDA (touch screen)
Keyboard
Camera
SD/MMC Slot

If it only had Palm OS and EDGE. Haven't seen any mention of price.

Looks ugly but wow neat. What provider uses it. Don't get it they support M$ on this one. If its not a phone not worth it.
