It's a T608, not a T606. The T606 was intended for Verizon, which never released it. I've read that only 10,000 T608s were released. They were never sold at retail, and were only available direct from Sprint PCS. They also sold out quite quickly, although there have been some on eBay pretty regularly. One of the problems with the phone is that the batteries have been very short lived, as they sat in storage for about 6 months before Sprint PCS decided to release the phone. I've heard SE will send a replacement battery if you request one. It's also somewhat of an orphan, with people using the T610/T616 profiles for it in other devices. I doubt companies such as Apple and Palm would write scripts for such a low-volume device.
If CDMA is your preference, there's hope for more Bluetooth phones this year. Qualcom finally has it integrated into a CDMA chipset, which was the reason for the delay in getting CDMA Bluetooth phones to market. I use Verizon because of their great network, and I'm anxiously awaiting their release of the Motorola V710 which will be their first Bluetooth phone. I'm not sure if it'll be released by Sprint PCS or not.
