Greetings

Does anyone happen to have the Epson R300 printer with Apple's Airport Extreme Base Station?

If you plug in the printer via the USB Port on the Base Station, and put in your digital camera's memory card in the memory slot on the printer, will this essential give you access to the media from your computer?

or does this not work?

Hope that made sense

I don't believe this'll work. It'd be like plugging in a USB card reader into the ABS and expecting to read it on a Mac, too.

I believe that on-printer memory readers are solely for direct printing.

I didn't think it'd work either

But, I believe if you plug the printer s traight to the computer, a "disk" will pop up on your desktop/finder when a memory stick is put into the printer.

[same on the windows pla tform]
