I just discovered this new model Brother HL-2700CN colour laser printer from the web.

It seems for only A$1399 (or ~US$1077), with ethernet connection and PS3 emulation the price looks good value for money.

Has anyone seen this printer in person? Anyone with experience with that? My concern is how good is the BR-Script3 (Brother's PS3 emulation)? Does it have any compatability problem with the Adobe PS3? Also, how good is the colour quality?

Any comments welcome.

PS Any other colour laser printer with network and Postscript capability at similar price range?

Looks pretty decent for 1000. That b&w print speed is really good too..

I'd hit it. The only problem is you're going to get a lot of laserjet zealots telling you hell no :smirks:
