I just went looking for a graphics tablet in my local computer market and I found a new platinum 12x12 WACOM Intuos 2 for 2700 RMB (equivalent 326 USD).

That seems dirt cheap to me.

The shop is in central Shanghai and they have tons.

i'm shocked and happy, I expected to spend so much more.

it works great by the way.

That is an outstanding price -- here in the U.S., the Intuos2 6x8" is $350. You could make a killing reselling those to people here on MacNN for cheap.

Does it come with all the accessories and all that? Is everything sealed? I concur with tooki's idea...

12x12" is the one sold in Europe as "A4 Oversize" (12" is almost 35cm)

the A4 model is the 9x12"
the A5 model is the 6x8"
the A6 model is the 4x5"

$325 for the 12x12" model is an excellent price (Wacom sells it online for $520).

The tablet is the Chinese Branded version, it comes with all the software (US Versions) but no mouse (don't like WACOM mice anyway). The boxes were not sealed but looked fine.

It mentions on the box that the mouse is not inlcuded, I think it must be removed for the chinese market.

It could be refurb, although it feels brand new.

As far as sending them to Europe or the US, it may seem like a good idea, but the cost of sending them individualy would be large.

249 USD for DHL
Import duty in Europe/USA would be about 20to30% of the purchase cost.

Sorry angelmb

Yeah, I got secretary to check 249 is the cost to paris.
it would probably get smashed up anyway and they wont offer insurance on packages from China.

eBay is the best bet.
