I got my iPod mini yesterday. It looked so adorable. But I was immediately let down by a problem with...the scroll/click wheel. The wheel was not responsive unless it was touched immediately after any of the following actions:

1. Pressing the *menu* button;
2. Pressing the *select* button in the center;
3. Flip *hold* on and then filp it back off.

Anyone with previous experience with iPods know if this is the normal behavior of the wheel? If my mini is a dud, i'd wish to send it back for a refund. (not sure if it's possible tho 'coz i bought it from Apple online)

Thanks, Gavin

That is not normal. Sorry to hear, but I think you got a dud. I would return it straight away.
