this one is visa versa but it looks smaller. It would have to fit in something small because of this situation.
Maybe if some one can help me find more products or companys thatmakes them or something.
Also does any one know of sas works with this. I know sas is the same cable as serial ata.

there is an even smaller one that is angled 90 degrees so it sits against the back of the HD. You can get them on ebay for about $10 bucks but will have to get an adapter for the SATA connection, as the pins on the board dont match the cable end inside the G5. I ordered one, got lazy and then ordered a firewire enclosure for my driv. Lemme know and I'll part with my never used one really cheap

Search on ebay for 'sata converter' They are little red cards.

so this will allow me to use a sata hard drive with a ata board.

How small is it. Is it small enough for me to stick in something very very very small. under a inch.
ALso for cabling I know sata cables can't be bent that much for reliable purposes. I need a very short cable. like less than 3 inches. I belive.
