See, I have a G5 and an external HD enclosure with 3 drives from my Windows PC (two FAT32 and one NTFS).
Here's the weird problem: when I put any drive in and plug the enclosure to my G5, then try to open or copy anything from it (1MB-10GB sizes - anything), the Finder just freezes forever. And it doesn't relaunch. I have to press the Shutdown button on the Mac for 5 sec - the only way to restart.
All the other apps work OK, except the System Profiler won't show the USB status (freezes then too). The G5 is under Panther (10.3.2).
After the restart, there are some folders/files (50-100 KB max in total) on the Mac HD that should have been copied there, but they won't open, so I just delete them.

So... What do I do to copy stuff to the Mac drive?
