Some keys like the home and end key don't really work like what I expected -- like to go to the first character of a sentence or last.

Is this an OS problem or app problem or hardware problem?

App problem I think, as I can sometimes use the home key in certain apps (word) and not in others. It might be something in the OS as well as their is no 'universal driver' (for lack of a better expression) for what the 'home' and 'end' key are supposed to do.

Using 'command' plus the left or right arrow will get you a similar effect in most apps.

But it kinda defeats the purpose of getting an external full size keyboard
