My MM-702's left satellite has extremely low volume. I think it's probably like that out-of-the-box after I bought it new from Dell in 2002. I've isolated the problem to the subwoofer box the satellites are connected to. Will Dell still support/exchange it?

Or does anyone have a phone number or URL to get in contact with Monsoon/Sonigistix tech support? Both phone numbers (877-PC-AUDI) and a 604 area code number) on the printed manual have been disconnected. http://monsoonaudio.com is "coming soon" and looks like it'll be for Monsoon automotive audio only. sonigistix.com has been parked by a domain grabber.
