Hi

I read so much about how popular this product is but, for me, it's been nothing but hassle.

I'm making my second attempt to get the damn thing working. Last time I tried this, it wouldn't recognise any of it's own application settings that I tried to import from a download.

I've recently installed the drivers again, and now it isn't even recognised. I've tried the permissions repair fix and terminal stuff recommended on the Contour site, although I'm very susicious of a product that requires you open up the terminal and start keying in gobbledy-gook.

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of support - the forum is a joke.

Please offer any advice if you can.
