What do I have to do to get the new Sony recognized? All that happens now is the new sony can't communicate with computer. I think my old Sony is still the only device my computer/isync is looking for.

Thanks,

The SJ20 was one of the Clie models that used the exact same communication as Palm's own models; most Clies do not, and require third-party software to work.

It's called The Missing Sync, and I use it with my Clie, it works great.

Presto!

Thanks for the advice. I'm $29.95 poorer but with the missing sync it works great now.
