Hello,
We have developed a POS product that runs on MacOS X that needs to be connected to a ticket printer such as the very popular EPSON T88III (paralel or serial but with a USB adapter)
We could not find a driver for that type of printer... any ideas ?
Thank you
Carlo

Errr... no. That D-Link product specifically states the narrow use it's designed for.
As for your POS product: most likely, you'll have to develop the printer driver yourself, as that seems to be the norm for paper tape printers. That said, it shouldn't be too hard, since they generally accept straight ASCII.

Having developed a POS application myself, I send direct ASCII to the printer via a serial connection. Star's TSP600-700-800 printers have OS X drivers and work well. These are the printers I am developing our OS X version for. I have not used them extensively, and have sold several to FileMaker developers and none have had anything bad to say about them.
That said, I doubt you will find ANY other OS X drivers for receipt printers other than Star's at the moment.
Carlo, what is your company's web site, I would like to see some more information on your product.
