I've got a Palm Zire 71 and I'm trying to sync with my Mac.
It works with a PC so I don't get why it isn't working with my Mac. Here is what happens.
I push the Sync button. It tries to Sync. It stops and gives me a "File Locked" error. I have no idea what file is locked. I've followed suggestions from Palm One that are not working. They've told me to do the following:
Use the Finder to search for files called "com.palm.hs" and delete them. Repair permissions, reboot then try to sync. If that doesn't work, uninstall Palm Desktop, reinstall, and try to sync. I even tried adding iSync, but now have the additional problem of being unable to remove the iSync Conduit from Conduit Manager. Which file is "Locked" and how do I unlock it? Oh, and by the way, I've already created another Admin account that also does not allow me to Hotsync.
