just ordered a mini for the wife, with inscription, says 4 weeks to ship? is this just their initial estimation or will this change soon? has anyone here ordered one lately?

I just got my iPod mini (blue also) that I bought back in March! It just arrived about a week ago, so yes, it does take that long.

It will probably be the 4-week wait. I don't think it will be longer, however. I sure hope not, anyway, as I'm waiting for mine that's got an estimated shipping date of June 8. I'm not sure when it was ordered, as it was a gift. But I'm really hoping for earlier shipping.!
