ok, I did look at all the forums that I could find dealing with the T616 and none seamed to have this problem.

I can't upload my contacts (updated or otherwise) to my Sony Ericsson T616

It will erase all of them but then won't upload but acts like there is nothing wrong.

• I tried to do it manually but I didn't see a way to just drop in v-cards

• Removed the device and added it several times and even with both options all it would do is delete my existing names and numbers.

• Went to SonyEricssons web site and it was worthless (weird Safari Errors and not one mention of Macintosh and the T616)

so I'm stumped

ideas?

If you are able to mount the phone using the Bluetooth file exchange app, (in utilities folder) you should be able to drag and drop vCards onto it.

Check the phone's memory status. Maybe it's just full?

thanks for the advise... I ended up just doing the same thing on my G5 and it worked fine...

My Titanium has been around... so it might have a buggy pref or something

thanks
