Do you have a specific question? Someday fuel cells may power laptops (I think NEC claims to have one coming out this year), but there are still a lot of barriers--note that the fuel cells linked to weigh 6 kg and have a volume of 16 liters, and it doesn't say whether that includes the fuel cylinder.
for the near-term, any fuel cell that fits in a laptop without melting it won't be able to store enough fuel to last much longer than a traditional battery before refueling, but of course refueling may be far more convenient than recharging.
