Using an iPod on a Mac & a Pee Cee?

I have an iPod which is formatted for Mac.

I need to use it at work, which is a Pee Cee only environment.

Is there a workaround that will enable me to use it on both systems without formatting the iPod everytime i want to move from Mac to Pee Cee and vice versa.

i have searched the forums and nothing comes up.

Use a PC to format it as Windows. The Mac will use a Windows-formatted iPod with no problems.
