I am planning on purchasing one of the new Cinema displays (preferably the 23").
But before I do, I have one major concern, and that is of gaming capabilities.

The widescreen resolutions are often not supported in games, and even if they do, they are streched. I believe Sim City 4 is an exception, which supports my 17" PB's native resolution without stretching.

Doom 3 is expected to come to the Mac soon and I'd hate not to be able to run it on my display without a strech (I can live with black bars on sides).

So, how do you like gaming on your Cinema Display?
Would you recommend me to get a 17" display just for gaming?
