I can only hear oneside of the earphone when using the remote. The earphone works fine if im not using the remote. Does the warranty of my ipod cover that? If I send it back will they give me a new one or just fix it? Thank u

Just call, they will most likely either just send you one or have you trade it out with yours. It could also mean the seperate connector that the remote uses on you iPod is bad.

Make sure you try pushing the male end in all the way. Sometimes its not fully seated and you will only get sound out of one side.
