so with quake 3 around the corder and a somwhat empty wallet I'm thinking about buying a PC video card and getting it to work in my dual 1ghz g4. does anyone here have any experience with this? i've read a few things on some sites.. ive never soldered before, but I'm willing to try.
has anyone successfully done this with either a radeon 9600 or a 9800? the price difference between the 9800 PC and the 9800 Mac is absurd.
