I ordered my new ipod on July 19th through Apple canada's web site. That time they did not change their ipod spec (case &remote).. not until the 20th... anyway, so i gave apple a call to make the complaint. However, I was having a hard time talking to one of the representatives. He was giving me a lot of BS saying that they have the right to change the spec at anytime. Also he kept insisting that I placed my order on the 20th instead of the 19th. Yet, the order date shown on my order status is 19th!!!! Can you guys believe that he still argued with me! I also told him that I have managed to capture the screen of the spec which stated that it comes with case and remote. I also told him that I, as a consumer, also have the right to be notified when they changed the spec!!! I told him that is false advertising! Anyway, he stil BS with me, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. To make the long story short, the supervisor agrees to send me the case and remote for free!
It only took the supervisor less than 2 sec to make that decision!!!!!! Yet I was spending like 5 min arguing with that stupid representative!
Guys who ordered the ipod before they changed the spec please give apple a call!!! you guys have the right to demand them to include the case and remote!!
