Somehow, tech columnist Hiawatha Bray has convinced himself that Apple's scuffle with Real equates to Apple encouraging people to pirate music.

Bizarre.

As we say here in England.. 'What a load of Bollox'

I think the media are blowing all this Apple vs Real stuff way out of proportion.
At the end of the day, Apple is bummed with Real because now Apple could lose out on iTunes Store sales. Thats all there is to it.
The worst thing about having a failing memory is..... no, it's gone.
