Hi guys,

I'm thinking of buying the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Bluetooth. I've been looking, but I have no definitive answer as to whether this works correctly with OS X. My system at the moment is a TiBook 1Ghz with nothing to do with Bluetooth in there. Would the USB connector work OK with the keyboard + mouse?

Thanks,
Oliver

If you don't have bluetooth, then i'm not sure why you are looking at the bluetooth version. Why don't you just buy the wireless optical 2.0 set (which connects infrared through USB)

The keyboard and mouse will work in OS X, but no indicator of low battery.

However, the bluetooth adaptor it comes with won't work. You need a Mac OS certified Bluetooth adaptor.
