Okay, here's what I'd like to do: I have my music on my G5, and I'd like to play it on my Tivo (home stereo). To do this, I need a USB network card for the back of my Tivo. Is there such a thing as a USB wireless dongle so I don't have to run a cable across my family room? I have an airport wireless network in my house, I just want to connect my Tivo to it. How do I do it?

It's straightforward, but you must use a supported USB adapter. See Tivo's list:
