Was just wondering if the 4G iPod comes with any kind of 'protector'/sheild for the firewire/usb2 connection on it's bottom ?

apple probly just figured that no one would use it. i charge my ipod every night. no way am i going to try to pry a tiny plastic cover off every night .. and plunk it in every morning .. too much trouble and not enough finger nail...

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
