I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth mouse. I'm looking for one with good battery life and more than one button (sorry apple)

I was thinking of this Microsoft wireless explorer bluetooth mouse
The site claims it pc only but I can't see why the basic 2 buttons and scroll wheel wouldn't work

Anyone had experience with it?

Do a search on this forum and you'll find a number of threads commenting on bluetooth mice. There have been many positive remarks about a Microsoft mouse, but I don't know the model number or the specifics. A Logitech mouse has also gotten good reviews. I just purchased a Kensington pilot (comes in a full-size, which I have, and a mini size). I'm pretty happy with my mouse. Only problem is it's almost exactly the same size and shape as the Logitech I use on my desktop, but it has one less button, and I'm constantly trying to push a non-existent side button.

I think if I had to do it over again, I might look more closely at the Logitech one, which has something like 8 buttons.

But I've had this laptop for 18 months and just used the trackpad, so any fault here is my own!

As I said, though, do a search. You'll get lots of opinions and recounted experiences. Good luck. Oh -- and Macally, I think it is, is releasing a BT mouse in September.
