i have some problems with my mouse...

when i turn it on it doesn't always get recognized by the bluetooth.

when it does get recognized, it takes about 10 - 15 seconds to discover it.

any ideas? i downloaded the lastest bluetooth updates before i got the mouse. but when i opened it, the CD that came iwth it said to install the bluetooth firmware updater on the CD regardless of how updated my computer is.

any ideas why the huge lag?

on a side note, on a friend's 12" PB, brand new, it recognizes it within 5 seconds.
