I'm looking for suggestions here. I might be asking for too much. I am looking for a good to great sounding ( ...I don't want much) set of travel speakers for use with an ipod and ibook. I have the Creative Travel Sound but I want something with more "presence". Price doesn't bother me if it sounds good and they don't have to be very small... just in one piece unit!
Thanks for your help!

What's the price range? I actually think the TravelSound do a pretty good job for the size, and I like the battery option on the road.
Have you checked out some of the reviews at ipodlounge? And I think there's been some new Altec Lansing models out for the iPod/Mini.

I use these at the office, but they're compact enough to travel with. But they're a bit week on bass (not a problem in an office) so they may not work for you.

Consider these ? I think they look cool ... (check the spec sheet at bottom of page, better pictures )

Another Model ? , or these ?

I guess I would pay up to $200 for the right set. d.fine the links have timed out in your post... what were the ones you suggested? Thank you
The Philips ones look nice but I think maybe they are not a whole lot better than the ones I have from reading the specs..
