Ok, new to ipod, i bought one off of a friend that is about 2 mos old. How do i transfer the registration?

Second. After awhile of charging, the battery says charged, but when i unplug it it the battery meter is not completely full, so i plug it in again and it continues to charge? please help.

i don't know about the registration part, i guess you can call apple and transfer registration from there. The battery indicator is not that accurate on the 3g model. Don't worry about the indicator when you know you fully charge your ipod, just play some tunes and it will go back to a fully charged indicator icon.
