I have a QPS Que drive that is an external firewire drive. It was 8 X 4 X 32 but the drive is dead now. I am going to replace the drive in it and i was wondering if i can put a faster drive in it. If i can, how fast? I am worried that the bus in the drive is not 400 MBps. I would love to drop a DVD-burner in it. Would that be possible?

Thanks

Don't you just want to spring for a new burner alltogether, they have gotten dirt cheap.
"Curse my metal body, I wasn't fast enough!"
